Powder Coating Curing

Powder coating curing ovens are used to polymerize applied powder coatings on metal frames, panels, and fabricated components. Proper curing requires accurate temperature control and uniform air flow. SJ provides conveyor and batch curing ovens with recirculated hot air, infra-red assist (where needed), and multi-zone controls for thick or complex parts.

Paint Baking & Drying
Liquid paint bake cycles and solvent removal
Paint baking ovens are used to remove solvents and cure paint layers. For automotive panels, appliances, and fabricated parts, controlled bake cycles and proper ventilation are essential. SJ systems include forced convection ovens with adjustable dwell and exhaust control to manage VOCs and cure profiles.
Adhesive / Lacquer Curing
