Most factories use terms like “drying”, “baking”, and “curing” interchangeably — but they are completely different processes. Using the wrong oven can cause defects, poor finish, slow production, and even material failure.
Purpose: Remove moisture or water content
Temperature Range: 40°C to 150°C
Purpose: Remove solvents, stabilise materials, improve strength
Temperature Range: 120°C to 250°C
Purpose: Chemical reaction between coating & substrate
Temperature Range: 160°C to 300°C
The right oven depends on your temperature, material, and production requirement. SJ Industrial Ovens manufactures all three — drying, baking, and curing ovens — with custom temperature control and heating options.
